Pullpo is a SaaS startup that helps engineering leaders understand how their development team operates, identify bottlenecks, and make better decisions through clear and actionable metrics. Their product is designed for CTOs and technical managers who need real-time visibility into their teams' performance.
The challenge
Before working with ReachFlow, Pullpo had tried various lead generation channels, including manual and automated LinkedIn, some attempts at cold emailing, and tools without a clear strategy behind them. But they encountered the usual problems with technical SaaS: many emails ended up in spam, results were inconsistent, there was a lack of focus on their actual ICP (Index of Customers), and they struggled to scale without dedicating team time. Their primary goal wasn't direct sales, but rather growing their community of CTOs with high-quality technical profiles.
The Solution
At ReachFlow, we designed an outbound system specifically focused on engineering profiles, with non-commercial messaging geared towards community and value, segmentation by technical role and seniority, complete automation of the lead generation flow, optimized deliverability to avoid spam, and support via Slack for quick adjustments and continuous improvement. Furthermore, we structured the process so that each new member received one-on-one onboarding, ensuring quality from the very first contact.
Results
In just 4 months, the community grew from 10 to over 700 active CTOs, with 700 different companies from Spain, Latin America and the United States, a constant flow of new qualified members, leads with a high technical fit and real conversations, and organic growth in Pullpo's positioning within the tech ecosystem.
Testimony
“We had tried LinkedIn and some cold emails, but many ended up in spam. With ReachFlow, we started seeing real results. In four months, we went from 10 people to more than 700 CTOs in our community. Sometimes it's even difficult to respond to all the leads that come in.”
