How long do we keep your data?

In accordance with current regulations, the data retention period will depend on the intended use:

  • Potential clients: data will be deleted one year after contact if no service is contracted, unless interest in our services is expressed.
  • Customers: data will be processed for the duration of the business relationship and, once it has ended, for the time necessary to respond to possible legal liabilities.
  • Commercial communications: data will be kept until you express your wish not to receive further communications.
  • Employment data: will be processed for the duration of the employment relationship and, subsequently, for the time necessary to respond to possible breaches.
  • Job applications: data will be kept for one year after the interview if no selection has taken place.
